Our Installation Process

We start with a quick consultation to understand your vision, the condition of your concrete, and the look you want. Then we build the right system for your space.

1

Step 1 — Surface Preparation

This is the most important step. We mechanically grind the concrete to create the proper bond, remove contaminants, and repair cracks/pits so the final floor is smooth and built to last.

2

Step 2 — Primer + Base

We apply a high-quality primer/base coat that locks in adhesion and helps seal the slab. This step is key for long-term durability and helps prevent common failures like peeling and bubbling.

3

Step 3 — Metallic Application (The Art)

Once the base is ready, we pour and spread the epoxy evenly, then blend metallic pigments to create a flowing marble pattern. This is where the floor comes alive—each design is custom, and the finish is truly one-of-one.

4

Step 4 — Protective Topcoat

We seal everything with a clear topcoat designed to protect the finish and increase resistance to scratches, stains, and daily wear. We can also add slip resistance depending on the space and use.

5

Step 5 — Cure + Return to Service

Curing is critical. We'll give you clear instructions to make sure the floor hardens properly and reaches full performance. Most projects can be installed quickly, but the cure time is what protects your investment.

How Long Will It Last?

With proper installation and basic care, a metallic epoxy floor can last 10–20 years in many environments. Longevity depends on traffic, usage, and maintenance. If needed, a refreshed topcoat down the road can extend the life even further.

We'll tell you exactly how to clean it, what to avoid, and how to keep it looking sharp long-term.
